Title: IT Recruiter (US Timings)

- We are looking for young and aggressive professionals those who can join US IT Staffing team.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
- Knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e. Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of resumes for experience and verification of work status.
- Good understanding of both domain based and technology based recruiting

- Excellent communication skills, great work ethic and committed to the organization on a long term basis.
- Ability to understand and analyze technical requirements to seek qualified candidates with matching skill set
- Knowledge on IT Concepts and latest trends.
- Should be aggressive and quick learner.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Must be available immediately.
- Must be able to make 30-40 calls / day.
- Must be customer focused and service oriented.
- Bachelors/Masters (BBA/MBA)
